Furniture Disaster
Ou family room has a fireplace insert that takes up much of the north side of the room and the furniture that holds our media is at least 20 years. Our drapes are equally as old. It is very ugly!

My most treasured gift
As a young girl, my mother fell in love with this Chinese handcarved chest. She saved a year to buy it. I’ve always loved it, and when I got married, she sent it to me 2000 miles away. Thanks mama.

Fondest of Memories
I have grown up with this table and hutch. I have had every meal from toddler to present at this table. I always remember eating my mothers home cookes meals with my mom, dad, brothers and sister.

My Great-Grandmother’s Bed Frame

Old hand-me-down couches.
We just get my Mom’s old hand-me-down couch each time she gets a new one. We get a nice cover to put over it. We keep gluing together legs on chairs that get broken, our carpet is aging.
